InvestorIntel – Relationship Manager
Do you have experience in the public markets? Are you an extravert with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken? We are a dynamic online site for investors with top-notch global content written by some of the best analysts and writers in the world. We are seeking someone to communicate with our clients to insure that they are receiving timely services that include news features, video interviews, event updates, and social media marketing.
In addition to maintaining a client list, you will be responsible for maintaining a client service log of services rendered. This will include insuring that the client log is updated with listing and associated management changes. Maintaining communications with the Publisher on client needs, you will arrange video interviews with clients in a timely manner. Insuring that time schedule are correct with many international cities. Liaising with the social media team, you will insure that vital news updates are brought to the attention of the Publisher.

As we prioritize stewardship and exceeding expectations, we would expect this candidate to write follow-up emails and/or calls when breaking news has occurred. This would include appropriate social media marketing support.
Miscellaneous skills that would be beneficial to this position include someone with a good handle on world events, enjoys attending social events and an excellent memory for names.
Seeking a young professional with a university degree with 2+ years of professional experience and international travel experience.
