Formerly a principal founder and President of the London-based REE Stocks Company (2011-2014), which had the only rare earths indices recognized by FTSE, Tracy Weslosky was also the co-owner of Weslosky & Cowans Ltd., a licensed Exempt Market Dealer (2005-2012) focused on the technology and resource industry sectors. This boutique investment banking firm was the basis for a business reality television series called DealFlow, which was distributed in 294 million households including CNBC and WealthTV for several years (2010-2012).

A well-known publicist and radio tracker that was cited in Billboard as “one of the top three” in North America, Tracy Weslosky worked for endless artists from all the major record companies to an endless array of indie recording artists and independent record labels from 1994-2000. Joining an indie label that listed on the CDNX as a Director and VP of Marketing, she then became the VP of marketing for a NYSE listed company in the entertainment business. She has since won a Telly (2012), held several Directorial roles, and has often been a guest speaker and host at a wide range of industry and media events.

Tracy graduated with a B.A. from the University of Tennessee in 1988.

Stephen Lautens has a wide range of experience in communications, investor relations and business development as part of executive management teams of both private and public companies. He has a law degree from Queen’s University, Kingston. He was VP Corporate Affairs for Angkor Resources Corp., a TSX-V listed gold and oil & gas exploration company operating in Cambodia. For nine years he was VP Corporate Communications of Inter-Citic Minerals Inc., a TSX-listed gold exploration company with a large project in western China, before it was sold in a friendly takeover to a major Chinese mining company. Prior to that, Stephen was Executive VP of a company developing a B2B technology project in China. He also served as VP Business Development of The Workflow Automation Corporation, a private Canadian software company sold to BEA Systems Inc. (now Oracle). Stephen is a lawyer and had his own law practice in Toronto for ten years. He is a Governor of the National Newspaper Awards and has served as president of a number of not-for-profit organizations, including terms as president of The National Club and The Ontario Club. He is founder of The Noble Hearts Foundation, a Canadian charity, and international head of The Order of Saint Joachim, an order of chivalry founded in 1755. Stephen is the author of numerous articles and wrote a weekly column for major newspapers for almost 20 years, and is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for significant service to Canada.

He worked on the floor of the Montreal Exchange on his way up from apprentice, stagiaire, floor operator, Institutional sales to chief trader in derivatives for a large Canadian institution from 1989 to 2000. On the ME floor, he ran a private trading school to serve the institutional derivatives clientele, university students and new traders.

Thereafter, and with several partners from Jitney Futures (derivatives trading firm) , they founded the Jitney Group.
