NexGen Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NXE) (“NexGen” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce, once again, that it has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”). The Company now intends to issue up to an aggregate of approximately 14,285,715 units (“Units”) at a price of $0.35 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to approximately C$5,000,000.

The gross proceeds will be used for exploration of the Company’s projects in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan and for general administration costs and corporate purposes.

The Company will now proceed to prepare to close the offering on or about the week of August 19, 2013 or such other date as the Company may determine, and is subject to certain conditions, including completion of formal documentation and receipt of regulatory approval, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”).
