NexGen Energy Ltd. Announces Increase to Brokered Private Placement

NexGen Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NXE) (“NexGen” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it is increasing the size of its previously announced brokered private placement (the “Offering”) of common shares to be issued on a “flow-through” basis (the “Flow-Through Shares”). The Company will now issue an aggregate of 10,380,999 Flow-Through Shares for gross proceeds of $3,114,299. Secutor Capital Management Corporation is acting as agent for the Offering.
Completion of the Offering, which is expected to occur on December 19, 2013, is subject to certain conditions, including completion of formal documentation and receipt of regulatory approval, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”).
The gross proceeds will be used for exploration of the Company’s projects in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan.
