Fission Receives Final Approval to List on the Toronto Stock Exchange

(TSX VENTURE:FCU)(OTCQX:FCUUF)(FRANKFURT:2FU) (“Fission” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce that it has received final approval for its common shares to be listed and commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). The Company’s common shares will commence trading at the opening of trading on October 8, 2014. The Company will retain its current trading symbol ‘FCU’. Concurrently, Fission’s common shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
