Crossland-Uranium-200x125February 25, 2013 (Source: Crossland) — Mr Robert Cleary has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect 24 February 2012. Mr Cleary was a founding Director of the Company and was instrumental in its move from the National Stock Exchange to the Australian Securities Exchange in 2007 and the fund raising at that time. Mr
Cleary stood down as Chairman in March 2012 following an accident. Since then the Company has been fortunate to have his continued involvement as a Non Executive Director, however he has now made the decision to leave completely. He has made very valuable contributions over the past seven years as the Chairman and Non-Executive Director and all his fellow Directors wish him the best for the future.
