Triton Minerals Limited: Appointment Of New Directors
January 28, 2014 (Source: Triton Minerals Limited) — Triton Minerals Limited (ASX: TON, “Triton”, “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment, effective immediately, of Mr. Anthony Baillieu as the Non-Executive Chairman, Mr. Alan Jenks as the Non-Executive Deputy Chairman and Mr. Jason Macdonald as Non- Executive Director of the Company.
Mr. Baillieu has had a long career in insurance, stock broking and asset management and has worked in the United Kingdom, Australia, the Middle East and Hong Kong.
Before its sale in 1991 Mr. Baillieu was a partner of Roach Tilley Grice, an Australian stock broking firm, with responsibility for Asia and the Middle East. In 1992 he established Anthony Baillieu and Associates (Hong Kong) Ltd, a specialist financial services executive recruitment company.
Mr. Baillieu joined the board of the Regent Pacific Group Ltd, a Hong Kong company listed on the HK Exchange, in 2001 and was Non-Executive Chairman of that company from 2003 to 2005.
Mr. Baillieu holds, and has held, a number of directorships including The Eastern European Property Fund, The Charlemagne Capital Russia Fund, Discover Asia Investments and Discover Europe Investments.
Mr. Alan Jenks has over 20 years experience in early stage investments in the junior resource sector. Mr. Jenks’s has predominantly focused on companies which have key projects located in the Australian and African continents.

Mr. Jenks obtained a vast knowledge of South African PGM exploration companies in and around the Bushveld complex. Subsequent to this Mr. Jenks in 2001 had the oversight to successfully build a platinum group metals recycling company, Catalytic Converters Recycling Services Ltd (“CCRS”). Mr. Jenks is the Managing Director of CCRS, which is a company that specializes in the extraction and recovery of precious metals from spent catalytic converters.
Over the last 18 months Mr. Jenks has become a key cornerstone investor in Triton and has actively supported the growth and development of the Company, including with its move into the graphite sector with the acquisition of the key graphite projects in Mozambique. Mr. Jenks continues that support of Triton and has established a large group of UK based investors for the Company.
Mr. Macdonald is a qualified legal practitioner, holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia. He has practiced in both the mining corporate/commercial and commercial litigation areas.
Mr. Macdonald is also a director of several private resource companies and has a long history of involvement in the resource industry. He has a diverse range of corporate, capital market and mining related experience.
Triton also wishes to advise that Mr. Malcolm James has decided to resign from the Board effective immediately, due to his other ongoing commitments.
The Company would like to thank Mr. James for his support of the Company over the last two (2) years and for their great assistance during the Company’s transition into the Graphite sector.
