Pacific Wildcat Resources Announces Change to the Board

April 2, 2013 (Source: Pacific Wildcat Resources) Vancouver, BC — Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp. (TSXV-PAW) (“PAW” or the “Company” wishes to announce the stepping down of Mr. David Paull and Mr. Darryl Levitt from the PAW board effective 1st April 2013 to pursue other interests as the Company transitions to a development stage. Both Board members have provided valuable contributions to the advancement of the Company’s assets throughout their tenure. Mr. Paull and Mr. Levitt will continue to consult to the Company as required.

Pacific Wildcat is a TSX Venture Exchange listed Canadian mineral exploration company having the trading symbol “PAW”.
