February 14, 2019 (Source) — Great Lakes Graphite Inc., doing business as NovoCarbon Corporation, (“GLK”, “NovoCarbon” or the “Company” TSX-V:GLK, OTCQB:GLKIF, FWB:8GL) today announces that Mr. Paul Gorman has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 6, 2019.

Interim CEO Paul Ferguson said, “We thank Paul Gorman for his invaluable contributions towards putting this Company on a path to success.  It was Paul’s vision that encouraged us to evolve the company strategy to pursue becoming a technology-driven, customer-oriented, industrial manufacturing enterprise.  The Company is moving from a start-up to operational phase and the Board of Directors will conduct a diligent search for a commensurate skillset.  The Board is grateful to Mr. Gorman for his dedication and persistence.”
