Nano One Announces Closing of Private Placement
April 6, 2016 (Source) — Nano One Materials Corp. (TSXV: NNO) (FSE: LBMB) (“Nano One“) is pleased to announce the closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement consisting of the issuance of 1,406,250 shares at a price of $0.32 per share for gross proceeds to Nano One of $450,000.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used for technology and corporate development, and general working capital.
The shares issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a hold period under applicable securities laws, which will expire four months plus one day from the date of closing of the private placement.
