Mark T. Brown Resigns as Director of Rare Element Resources
April 19, 2013 (Source: Rare Element Resources) Lakewood, CO — Rare Element Resources Ltd. (NYSE MKT: REE and TSX: RES) (the “Company”) today announced that Mark T. Brown has resigned his position on the Board of Directors. Mr. Brown was previously on the Company’s Board from June, 1999 through February, 2012 and then again from December 11, 2012 through April 18, 2013. Mr. Brown resigned for personal reasons.

Rare Element Resources Ltd. is a publicly traded mineral resource company focused on exploration and development of rare-earth elements (REEs), with a significant distribution of critical rare earths (CREEs).
