Jet Metal Amends Terms of Private Placement Financing

Jet Metal Corp. (TSX VENTURE:JET)(OTCQB:JETMF) (the “Company” or “Jet Metal”) announces that it has amended the terms of the non-brokered private placement financing, initially announced on July 11, 2014, to increase the size of the offering to up to $3,000,000. The private placement will now consist of up to 20,000,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.15 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000 (the “Offering”). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant shall be exercisable to acquire one common share for a period of five years at an exercise price equal to $0.25.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to continue to advance its mineral exploration properties, for potential acquisitions of new mineral properties, and for general corporate and working capital purposes.
The Offering will be non-brokered; however, the Company may pay finder’s fees in accordance with the rules and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
