(TSX VENTURE:GPH)(OTCQX:GPHOF) (“Graphite One” or the “Company”) announces that further to the Company’s news release dated September 11, 2014, the corporation’s change in jurisdiction from Alberta to British Columbia is now complete. The continuation is not a reorganization, amalgamation or merger and will not alter shareholdings of the Company’s shareholders nor will it impact any of Graphite One’s management team or operations.
