Canada Strategic Metals Inc.: Request for Extension of the Maturity of the Warrants

September 2, 2014 (Source: Marketwired) — Canada Strategic Metals Inc. (“Canada Strategic Metals” or “the Company”) (TSX VENTURE:CJC)(FRANKFURT:YXEN)(OTCBB:CJCFF) announces that, subject to required approvals from regulatory authorities, the Company will extend until November 10, 2015 the expiration date of warrants issued in respect of a private placement which closed on November 8, 2012.

The private placement of November 8, 2012 represented 2,050,000 units at a price of $0.055 per unit, for a total amount of $112,750, each unit consisting of:

  • One common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant (the “Warrant”), each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share until November 8, 2014.

No warrants have been exercised. No insider holds a participation in such financing.
