This morning I was going to publish the interview with Guy Bourassa of Nemaska Lithium, a company that was up +166.67% in 2015; or the completed interview with Troy Grant of Elcora Resources, a company that was up +146.37% in 2015 – but let’s get these up for market open on Monday, so you can remember why you visit InvestorIntel…exceptional content.

What I would like to do instead is recommend that if you haven’t heard Jack Lifton’s commentary on the lithium market, you take a listen, and if you run a company that operates in Canada, you quickly find out how the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation or “CASL” as we call it operates — is going to be top of mind by the end of 2016 for every risk department in business, and why it is going to cost us all money.

And then there are the challenges on Bay St. as Dundee Securities announced the sale of Dundee Wealth to Euro Pacific yesterday, I was surprised by how many people wanted to discuss Peter Clausi’s story titled on TMX’s Role in the Shrinking of Bay Street as we left Little Anthony’s on Wednesday. The intent of this meeting was in part to discuss Christopher Ecclestone’s piece Slow Suffocation of the US Mining Space. After all, while the Canadian currency is at a 13-year low, it’s the perfect time for American and foreign investors to review Canadian listed companies that have revenues in US dollars, like gold — and expenses in Canadian dollars. It’s as Gene Arensberg use to tell me, “it’s vulture stock picking.”

This week we confirmed that Jim McKenzie of Ucore Rare Metals, Troy Grant of Elcora Resources and Anthony Tse of Galaxy Resources, will join other speakers at the Cleantech & Technology Metals Summit on May 10th and 11th in Toronto. Joining other presenters like Ian Chalmers of Alkane Resources, Adrian Griffin of Lithium Australia, Sankar DasGupta of Electrovaya, Chris Reed of Neometals, Darren Townsend of Peak Resources, Frederic Dugre of H2O Innovation and Mark Smith of NioCorp Developments just to name a few, we also have confirmations that Professor Dudley Kingsnorth, Jack Lifton, Peter Clausi, Dr. Luc Duchesne and even John Petersen will all be participating too.

If you want to know what our events are like, please take a look at some of the presentations highlights below from the Technology Metals Summit a few months ago. For more information, contact Sue Glover at info@investorintel.com or +1 416 581 0177.

HI Tracy, thanks for posting some of the presentations from your last Technology Metals Summit. Some excellent material in those presentations, and mostly very educational. Unfortunately the one presentation that I would really like to view is that given by Amanda Lacaze, CEO and MD of Lynas Corporation. Amanda has transformed Lynas in the time she has been in the CEO role and I am sure there are many other Investor Intel readers who would also appreciate the opportunity of listening to or reading Amandas presentation. Any chance that you could post Amandas’ presentation for those of us unable to attend last years conference?

I hope it’s not still being edited.

Pennie – this presentation took longer to edit as we had some serious construction noises in the background, which Clint had to do his best to edit out. Also, I submitted some additional edits so that it is closer to 15 minutes versus the original length. We re-submitted to Lynas’ IR team on Monday morning, so we hope to have published by early next week. We will keep you informed. Thanks for visiting InvestorIntel. Tracy

Chris, Robert and Pennie – If you look at the list of videos above…we just officially added it, and so you may be the first to review for your patience. Note it will be online InvestorIntel within the hour. If you ask me, it is an incredible presentation for both people interested in LYNAS and anyone involved in business. Note that the drilling sound in the background came from a building next door that was dealing with construction. Our conference director Sue Glover worked with the King Edward manager and they talked the construction site into stopping their drilling. Thank you Clint for doing such a great job of editing around this, thank you. And thank you to Amanda and Lynas for participating. Tracy
