Screen shot 2013-10-11 at 10.13.12xx AMOctober 11, 2013 — Tracy Weslosky, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of InvestorIntel interviews Paul Gill, President and CEO of Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSXV: LMR) to discuss the company’s strategic alliance with Graphene Laboratories Inc. (a powerhouse in the graphene space, based in Calverton, NY, that actually produces and sells graphene to over 5,000 customers) as well as one of Lomiko’s most significant corporate milestones achieved to date – the announcement that graphite samples from Lomiko’s Quatre Milles Property were converted to Graphene Oxide and Reduced Graphene Oxide.

Lomiko’s Strategic Alliance is focused on developing a vertically integrated supply chain for large-scale graphene production. The Strategic Alliance has provided Lomiko with an exclusive opportunity to participate in Graphene Lab’s projects such as the Supercapacitor Project in collaboration with the SUNY Research Foundation at Stony Brook University in New York.

Tracy starts by asking Paul to comment on Graphene Laboratories conversion of Lomiko’s graphite into graphene. Gill starts: “this is something that has been in the works since February when we signed the deal with Graphene Labs. We saw an opportunity to supply them with graphite material that they could convert to graphene and sell as graphene oxide. So we have been steadily working away at taking samples and sending them batches. The first batch that we’ve converted from graphite to graphene oxide has been successful and it’s been reduced also to reduced graphene oxide, which is what we’re going to use in our super capacitor project… we’ve done a drilling campaign last year. We found some really good intercepts of graphite, natural flake graphite that’s 99.999% pure. And we plan to do another drilling campaign – we’ve raised money to do so – and get a resource completed by the end of this year.”

Had a listen there too, found Paul Gill very strait forward without a hidden
    agenda. A refreshing interview.

I think its a great focus Lomiko has with Graphene Labs and Lomiko will
be at the forefront with the right folks who will eventually require graphite.

However I do not see Graphene Lab as a center point or graphene
exchange so to speak as right now the patent developers can only
source small quantities which is all they need but ofcourse when scale production needs to take place, Graphene Labs will be at the forefront
with their supply knowledge for the right graphite quality.

Excellent information. Highly recommended interview. I have taken a position in Lomiko Metals, and I look forward to following how this progresses in the future.

The stock price is very low right now, which affords anyone interesting in graphite investing or the coming graphene explosion to get on in front of the curve.

Lomiko Metals is on the tip of the spear, and that is exciting.

I hold shares in lomiko for their exposure to graphene. Its a long term bet on graphene growth. If graphene meet current expectations, lomiko may well be an outstanding opportunity at the current market cap. Lomiko is one of the few choices to have exposure to graphene in a quoted market. Also, Paul gill has put his own money in the company. I like that and lomiko’s strategic views.

Gill has the best business model in the sector … as for graphine, I think the risk/reward exposure is well worth the gamble … net result to my way of thinking is to be long Lomiko and hope that something good happens.
