Ivanhoe Australia’s Name Changed to Inova Resources Limited
June 16, 2013 (Source: Marketwired) — Inova Resources Limited (TSX:IVA)(ASX:IVA) is pleased to announce the change of company name today.
As detailed in the Notice of Meeting dated 8 April 2013, Ivanhoe Australia Limited shareholders voted by special resolution at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2013 to change the company’s name to Inova Resources Limited.
Inova Resources CEO, Bob Vassie commented, “Today marks the launch of our new name to the broader community. The name Inova evokes both new and innovative, reflecting on the changes the company has undergone in recent times, including board and management renewal, and also on the past of the company – where innovation in exploration has generated substantial results.”
“We look forward to continued production of copper and gold from our existing Osborne operations, progressing toward developing our exciting Merlin molybdenum and rhenium project, moving the large-scale Mount Elliott/SWAN copper-gold project up the development curve and continuing to explore our large and highly prospective exploration tenements.”
As the change is to the name of the company only, the legal entity remains the same. Accordingly the ASX/TSX ticker code (“IVA”), the ABN, ACN, registered address and office holders for Inova Resources Limited remain unchanged.
