Seair-Inc-200x125April 15, 2015 (Source: Newsfile) — Seair Inc. (TSXV: SDS) (the “Company“) is pleased to announce the execution of a formal strategic partnership after a 2 year development process with Renewable Fluid Services (RFS), a U.S. based process and product development company. Seair will provide its proprietary gaseous diffusion technology to RFS for use in their oil recovery process. The geography for this exclusive alliance is the Middle East where RFS has an exclusive marketing partnership with AlMansoori Specialized Engineering, the leading provider of oilfield services in the Middle East and operates in 24 countries.

“Seair is very pleased to engage in this partnership with RFS and AlMansoori Specialized Engineering. The combined strength of Seair’s technology, RFS’s engineering capability and Almansoori’s market access will position our consortium to capture a significant portion of the spend for oil recovery from produced water in that important region,” said Jeff Seibert, CEO of Seair.

The oil producers in the Middle East are expected to spend approximately $3B for produced water treatment over the next 5 years. Currently, over 60% goes to deep well disposal, which is a key target for this product. The marketing and availability of the product is anticipated for Summer 2015.

About Seair Inc.

Seair Inc. is a Calgary based cleantech company. Seair has commercialized proprietary technology that can diffuse gases, such as oxygen, ozone and carbon dioxide, into liquids more effectively and with lower power consumption than the competition. Seair’s patented technologies can produce micron size bubbles that are more efficient than other diffusion technologies because the diffused gases remain in solution for extended periods of time, leading to increased productivity and lower operating costs. Seair has been working with customers in the Oil and Gas industry for over five years. Seair applications include oil sands SAGD water solutions, frac and produced water treatment, industrial ponds treatment, mine dewatering/treatment, end-to-end sewage treatment for permanent residential communities and remote work camps, golf course irrigation and pond treatment and most recently, industrial emissions treatment.
