Viridium to Resume Trading February 13 2019
February 11, 2019 (Source) — Viridium Pacific Group Ltd. (“Viridium“) (TSXV: VIR) (OTCPink: VIRFF) wishes to advise, upon inquiry by Viridium, the TSX Venture Exchange has confirmed that the trading halt imposed on Viridium’s common shares will be lifted at market open on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 (not February 11, 2019 as originally conveyed). The trading halt was a requirement by the TSX Venture Exchange in connection with Viridium’s proposed acquisition of EFX Laboratories Inc. which was completed today.
