Tervita’s Saskatoon office will serve as its headquarters for its northern Saskatchewan operations. More than 250 jobs over the next five years are expected to be created as a result of increased business generated through the new office.
Tervita president and CEO John Gibson said the office will help serve customers better, particularly in northern Saskatchewan’s growing potash mining industry.
“We are proud to become a permanent part of Saskatoon’s business community,” said Gibson. “As resource development continues and the economy grows, there is tremendous opportunity in Saskatchewan.
