Magna Resources Ltd. (“Magna” or the “Company“) (CNSX:MNA) announces that Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP has been appointed the Company’s auditor in place of MNP LLP. The former auditor and new auditor confirm that there are no disagreements or unresolved issues.

The resignation of MNP LLP and the appointment of Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP have been approved by the Audit Committee and by the Board of Directors of the Company. Magna thanks MNP LLP for their past service on the file.

At the Company’s 2013 annual general meeting, shareholders of the Company will be asked to approve the appointment of Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP as auditor of the Company.
