(TSXV:VM) USA (OTC:VYYRF) (the “Company” or “Voyageur”) announced that it has issued 200,000 options to directors pursuant to its incentive stock option plan (the “Options”). In addition, the Company announces it has issued 169,872 Deferred Share Units (“DSU’S”) to directors pursuant to its equity incentive compensation plan.
The grants referred to above are subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”). The Company’s equity incentive compensation plan was adopted by the Company following receipt of approval by a majority of disinterested shareholders at the Company’s AGM held on June 23, 2021. The incentive stock option plan of the Company was also approved at this meeting.
Voyageur Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is Canadian public company listed on the TSXV under the trading symbol VM. Voyageur is focused on the development of barite and iodine, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) minerals.
