Nova Leap Health Corp. Announces Further Oversubscription of Non-Brokered Private Placement of Convertible Debentures and Increase in Offering

January 14, 2020 (Source) – NOVA LEAP HEALTH CORP. (TSXV: NLH) (“Nova Leap” or the “Company”), a 2019 TSX Venture 50™ ranked company focused on the home health care industry, is pleased to announce an increase in size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of unsecured subordinated convertible debentures (the “Debentures”).  Due to further oversubscribed demand, the non-brokered private placement of Debentures will now consist of maximum gross proceeds of CAD$3,100,000 (the “Offering”).  The first tranche of the Offering closed on December 30, 2019 for gross proceeds of CAD$2,338,000.

The Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory and stock exchange approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
