There is no doubt the world’s personal and business communications are getting more mobile with developing technology in portable devices and faster network speeds all making this possible.

Siyata Mobile Inc. (TSXV: SIM | OTCQX: SYATF) is a leading global developer and provider of cellular communications systems specializing in connected vehicle products for professional fleets. Ever since developing the world’s first 3G connected vehicle device, Siyata has gone on to be a pioneer in the industry, launching the world’s first 4G LTE all-in-one fleet communications device. Marketing the Uniden® Cellular brand Siyata aims to become the connected vehicle communications device provider of choice for commercial vehicles and fleets around the world.

Siyata Mobiles flagship device is the Uniden® UV350, the first 4G/LTE all in one in vehicle fleet communication tool that delivers crystal clear cellular voice calls. The device was designed specifically for commercial vehicles ensuring safer communication for professional drivers. Android-based applications and other features available for download on the Uniden® UV350 help improve driver/worker safety and create efficiencies not offered by single-purpose hardware which clutter the inside of a vehicle cabin distracting drivers.

Siyata announced on November 13, 2018 the commercial launch of the UV350 in Israel. The Next Generation Fleet Communicator will be integrated with Motorola Solutions’ powerful WAVE Push To Talk (PTT) solution. Motorola Solutions provide communications between your devices and networks, so you can communicate between smart-phones, radios, computers or landlines.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO of Siyata Mobile, stated: “We are proud to have Motorola Solutions be the first partner to launch our UV350 in the Israeli market. Motorola Solutions is a global leader in the Broadband Push-to-Talk market and we are confident that they will be an excellent partner for Siyata in Israel.”

This great company result came after the announcement on November 5, 2018 that in preparation for its launch into the United States, Siyata has signed a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Inc. for its Uniden® UV350. Ingram Micro’s distribution reach is a key component to Siyata’s strategy as they distribute through key channels for the tier 1 wireless carriers in the United States. Ingram Micro will create growth opportunities for the Uniden® UV350 and is authorized to sell the innovative smart in-vehicle device solely in the United States.

CEO Marc Seelenfreund added: “The wide network Ingram Micro has at its disposal will enable more work-forces to increase safety and efficiencies for their drivers. Securing this alliance before our launch in the United States is another milestone for the Company, as we prepare to unlock this major catalyst for our shareholders.”

Siyata 2019 targets

Siyata also offers rugged phones for industrial users and signal boosters for homes, buildings, and fleets with poor cell coverage. Siyata’s customers include cellular operators, commercial vehicle technology distributors, and fleets of all sizes in Canada, the U.S., Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

Being a pioneer in this specialist field and having continued success in new markets, Siyata could be a good investment as the worlds communication technologies continue to develop at a rapid pace.
