Otis sees investor tide turning, interest flowing back into gold sector

| June 29, 2016 | No Comments

Otis Gold Corp. (TSXV: OOO | OTC: OGLDF) is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company with a portfolio of quality precious metals projects located in Idaho. The company is currently focused on exploring its flagship Kilgore gold project, located in Clark County, Idaho, approximately 60 miles north of Idaho Falls. The Kilgore Gold Project has a resource of 520,000 ounces of drill-indicated gold and 300,000 ounces of inferred gold.

Peter Clausi, InvestorIntel senior editor, interviews Otis President Craig Lindsay. In this video interview, Mr Lindsay:

  • Outlines the advantages of Kilgore, including its recent “jaw-dropping” drilling results, the absence of payable royalties, low strip ratio and high recovery rates.
  • Comments on the state of investor interest in gold companies — he sees such interest returning to the sector.
  • Details the background and capabilities of his technical team.

The positive outlook from Otis Gold coincides with the latest In Gold We Trust report from Liechtenstein-based find Incrementum. It says that, in its research and investment allocation process, it is paying special attention to what it expects to be an acceleration of takeover activity in the gold sector. “We continue to expect that producers will replace their shrinking reserves by means of takeovers and mergers.” it says. “The biggest beneficiaries of this trend will likely be junior producers and especially fully-funded developers.”
