Noble Announces Results of its 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

(“Noble” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTC.PK:NLPXF) is pleased to announce the results of its 2018 Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) held on March 21, 2019. At the Meeting, the shareholders approved:
- the increase of the number of directors of the Company from six (6) to seven (7) (approved by over 99.8% of votes cast);
- the election of the directors proposed by management of the Company, namely: J. Birks Bovaird, Yvan Champagne, Gordon McKinnon, Michael Newbury, Samuel Peralta, H. Vance White and Stephen Balch (each director being elected with over 98% of votes cast);
- the appointment of MNP LLP as the Company’s auditor for the upcoming year (approved by over 99 % of votes cast); and
- the current Amended and Restated Stock Option Plan of the Company (approved by over 99% of votes cast);
